Action Learning works through small groups of people from comparable levels of responsibility who meet regularly to work through issues. The facilitator contributes structure and process to interactions within the group so that they are able to function effectively and make high-level quality decisions; they are in effect enablers of others in achieving their goals. Action Learning will provide your organisation with:
- Support and challenge from peers
- Opportunities to learn from good practice and develop new ideas and different solutions
- Development of individual listening and diagnostic skills
- Practice and receipt of feedback from peers
- Insight through group process into the way individuals relate in small groups, which in turn increases understanding of work relationships
