On Saturday the University held its final Open Day of 2015. There’s always a buzz on campus for these events, as staff from across the University work together to do ourselves and the institution justice. Looking back, each day has been a whirlwind of people, prospectuses, tea and biscuits.
While we have a lot of enquirers from the local region, some people travel a great distance to ensure that this university is the right choice for them. It was fantastic to see so many enthusiastic prospective students, and it’s always great to hear everyone’s stories. Now it’s October, many are well into their UCAS applications, writing their personal statements and carefully researching where they might want to study in 2016.
If you didn’t manage to make it to one of our open days this year, don’t worry – you’re still more than welcome to get in touch to arrange a visit to the campus, where you’ll be able to get more information and speak with some of our staff.
