Jane HannaI am the Student Experience Officer responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) and Programme Support within the Lifelong Learning Centre. I provide administrative support for a number of the department’s formal committees and support the work of our Academic Integrity Officer. I provide advice and administrative support within the department for the University’s formal QA and review processes. I am also responsible for examinations, timetabling and maintaining and updating our module and programme catalogues.
